How can I protect my ideas and inventions?
10. July 2008 - 14:20 — admin
Ideas and inventions should be described in a way that reflects the degree of protection you already have achieved. E.g. if you have a patent for your idea or invention you can describe it in detail and attach full information. If it is still an idea and you have no IP rights yet you should describe it in a more general way and less detailed to make sure nobody grabs your idea. Before you disclose full details you should aks the other party to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. |
